Shipping method

We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, we use reliable shipping partners to carefully deliver our luxury pens to your home. Your order will be shipped with PostNL.

Delivery time

We aim to ship orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next working day. Delivery time is usually 6-8 business days after shipment. However, due to (temporary) busyness at the carrier, this may vary.

Track & Trace

For your peace of mind, we offer the ability to track your order using a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the progress of your order online.

If you are not at home

Please choose a delivery address where someone is present during office hours. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the shipment will be offered again the next day. In the webshop we offer you the possibility to choose a separate billing and delivery address, so you can always have the delivery made to an address where someone will always be present.

Our luxury pens are packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. We strive to deliver your order to you in perfect condition so you can enjoy your luxury pen immediately.
