Notebooks with text - Make your notebook unique!

Besides engraving pens, it is also possible at Brepen to have your Moleskine notebook engraved with a name or personal text. Useful for yourself with for example name and phone number, so the finder can contact you. Or you can give the notebook as a nice gift with a personal text.

First of all, it is good to know that editing the notebook is more about marking. The laser causes the surface texture to change, revealing the text.

The location of the engraving with the Moleskine Pocket format

The marking of the text at the Moleskine notebook in the Pocket format will be placed at the bottom of the front cover. The text on the notebook will have a left alignment.

The location of the engraving at the Moleskine Large format

The marking of the text on the Moleskine notebook in the Large size will be placed at the bottom of the front cover. The text on the notebook will have a right alignment at the elastic band.

The marking of the text on the Moleskine notebook in the XL size will be placed at the bottom of the front cover. The text on the notebook will have a right alignment at the elastic.

The size and number of text characters to be engraved

Naturally, we are limited in the size of the editing on the notebook. For all sizes (Pocket, Large and XL) this is +/- 3.2 mm high (per line).
You can have 24 characters, including spaces, engraved. Whether it's a name, date or inspirational message, we'll make sure it's displayed elegantly and clearly.

Special characters engraving

We can engrave several special characters, such as the heart ♥, which allows you to add a personal touch to your notebook. You can copy this heart from the line above and paste it into the engraving line. Unfortunately, more complex characters such as Greek or Arabic characters are not possible to engrave.

Your Notebook with name in different fonts

Of course, with a Notebook with Name it is nice to choose your own font. This makes every message unique; sleek as in the case of font Arial or just graceful as in the case of Monotype Corsiva.

Appearance of the engraving

Our laser engraving provides a clean and durable engraving that lasts. The engraving has a subtle appearance and can vary from notebook to notebook.
