If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint you can also submit it to the Home Shopping Dispute Commission (www.sgc.nl) or to this Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
Warranty and manufacturing errors
At Brepen, quality comes first. Should you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us immediately. We will offer an appropriate solution such as replacing or repairing the product free of charge.
